As Product & UX Lead, I moved Auro from a spending tracker to a financial wellness app, after 61 students told us budgeting apps made them feel worse.

We started out telling people what to do in each phase of their cycle. Research pushed Flourish toward helping them understand their own patterns instead.

Google Maps — Walking directions riders can check against the street
Most riders I surveyed said Google Maps directions were clear, yet 63% had still gotten lost finding a streetcar. I added landmarks to the walk between transit stops.
